Shipping and Returns
Domestic shipping
U.S. orders are shipped via First-Class Postal Mail. Orders ship within four-to-six business days, depending on shipping location. We offer optional Priority Mail for three-to-five-day delivery and Priority Mail Express for two-to-four-day delivery.
Shipping schedule
We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Orders received before 8:00 a.m. Eastern time ship the same business day. Order(s) received after 8:00 a.m. ships on the following business day. You can check your order status online anytime using the provided tracking link.
Delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed due to the potential for delays at the Post Office, which are beyond our control. If your shipment is delayed, please contact your local Post Office, including your tracking number. If they are unable to resolve the issue, please email us at info@liamjake.com, including your order number, and we’ll look into it promptly.
Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 days of your order date for a full refund. You’ll be charged a small handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund. After we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive your refund via your original payment method in 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are not refundable. Exchanges
You may return an item for exchange up to 60 days from your order date. We’ll send you a prepaid return label, and your first exchange order ships free. For returns and exchanges, please contact us at info@liamjake.com
Please note: on-sale and clearance items cannot be returned/exchanged.
Discount and promo codes
Please include any discount or promo codes during checkout, before you complete your order. Discount and promo codes cannot be applied to previous orders.
Defective or damaged items
We are happy to replace items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If your item is defective or damaged, please email info@liamjake.com within 24 hours of receipt of your order, including a picture of the item, along with the order number. We cannot accept defective or damaged item requests after 24 hours.
